Each piece is chosen with care, drawn from the textures and tales of the Texas Hill Country. But if your selection doesn’t feel like your true reflection, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Please note, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Some returns may be subject to approval or require a photo. If you need help, we’re here to listen with patience and purpose.

Once your request is approved, we’ll share our return address—nestled quietly in the Hill Country—where your piece will find its way back to us.

Once your return arrives and is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless we made a mistake in your order.

While we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time (unless we sent the wrong item), you’re always welcome to return and place a new order if your style shifts.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure your return finds its way safely back to us.
